Maintaining an electric boat requires careful attention to its battery, motor, and hull systems. After each use, promptly clean the boat's hull, rinsing away salt and impurities to prevent corrosion. Regularly inspect the battery cables and terminals, ensuring they are free of looseness and oxidation. When storing the boat for an extended period, keep the battery charged at around 50% and recharge it periodically.

For the motor, keep it dry and clear dust from the cooling vents to prevent overheating. In the propulsion system, check whether the propeller is entangled with foreign objects, and lubricate the transmission components regularly.

Protect the control system from moisture, avoiding water ingress into buttons or the display screen, and check the electrical functions regularly. Inspect the boat's hull for scratches or leaks on the bottom, and repair any damage immediately to prevent water seepage. When storing the boat, choose a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. In winter, it is advisable to store the boat indoors and remove the battery for separate storage.

Conduct at least one inspection per quarter, checking for issues such as wire aging and loose fasteners. Follow the maintenance recommendations in the manufacturer's manual, and replace gear oil or coolant regularly. Keep a maintenance log to track service intervals and ensure the safe operation of the electric boat.
